****House of Blade RESERVES the rights to refuse service. Prices and availability are subject to change. Rules change and update as I see issues come up.

Rent is Prepaid and NON REFUNDABLE. This includes Renting a shop and not reading the Rules, then finding out we do not allow something you want to set out. Rent is Split between Sim Owners. Reading the RULES is your responsibility, Not ours, therefore it is YOUR MISTAKE****

Part A: QUICK RUNDOWN OF PRICES

*Rent only 1 stall/shop at a time, two shop rentals are by Approval Only providing you have a variety of product to offer.

*No two shops on this sim can be the same.

*Reason why we only allow one shop per renter is because we want to give everyone a chance to rent as possible and give the shoppers a choice of variety. *This was a non written rule before but obviously people don't listen so now it is a written rule. I will return your duplicate products.

1 week Min rent

Shop Sizes and prices are:

50 prims = $L200

100 prims = $L350

200 prims = $L600

*Discounts for long term renters will no longer be available(Effective 05-01-06) due to the drop off of Developer Incentive Awards.

*Those who have rented Prior to 05-01-06 and have rent discount applied to their shops may keep their discounted prices.

*If the shop keepers rent is either terminated by choice or by eviction, the shop keeper may return at the current public prices.

*This does not include Special Invited merchants. Personal Invitations still get rent for $L2.5 a prim per week.

IMPORTANT NEW INFO: (Effective 05-01-06)

*Shop Keepers that are Evicted from the mall due to lack of payment by the 3rd day grace period will be Removed and Banned from the Rental Station (not the sim).

*There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE re-entry fee of $L500 to become a merchant here at House of Blade Mall again.

*There will be a required 1 Month min rental every time rent is due. (Subleasing from another Shop Keeper to avoid the re-entry fee will not be permitted.)

*To avoid having your shop removed, Pay rent on time.

*If there is an emergency and you will not be able to access a computer for a long period of time, you must either cover your rent or Contact KatanaBlade Anubis.

*No excuse for being an irresponsible adult will be accepted.

Any refund is to the discretion of KatanaBlade Anubis ONLY; do not ask for a refund from any other officer. Refunds will be given if it is our fault or if we are remodeling.

Part B: QUICK RUNDOWN ON RULES

*VENDORS MUST BE APPROVED! Do not switch your vendors from approved ones to non approved ones in the middle of your rent time. I know my mall, I live here, get them approved! Switching Vendors without approval Risk the termination of your rent and No Refunds will be given.

Floating Text is not forbidden on vendors but must be used within reason. If your neighboring Stall or shop complains that your text is overwhelming or interfering with their boxes, you will be asked to remove it or simply move the object with it to a back wall with no shop behind you. Some text after removing it just won't go away (ask for floating text remove script)

*NO Server based Client Vendors without approval, we already had problems with several using anywhere from 7 to 10 active scripts, multiply that times say 5, you got 35 to 50 active scripts, I have Alt+Shift+1 on at all times and with the new Estate tools I can tell if your vendor is on the top 6 active script

*Poor Lighting use (Full Bright only allowed)

*Timers

*Listeners

*Online Indicators & Visitor counters.

*Automatic Daily Emails.

*Temporary rez Objects on a timer.

*Constant Particles. (must be approved)

*Constant Sounds. (absolutely not)

*Constant Rotating Objects. (slow rotation must be approved)

*Spamming Vendors. (you are just asking for an IM from me)

*Sensors.

**Most of All arguing or/and Cussing out the Mall Owner. (Cussing will also get you an Estate Banned and be reported)

You are all grown adults with responsibilities, renting a shop does not mean you own the sim nor grant you the right to do what ever you want in it.We try to keep the sim peaceful and lag free.

Still want a rent? Wonderful that means you want to make money!We do have a hired sales team that is paid, they help you make money, tip them if they service your customers. They will love you for it! Tip Jars with their pictures are available at the Rental Station.

Part C: HOW TO USE THE RENTAL STATION

All The Rental Boards for House of Blade Mall, Tokyo Studio's, and Tokyo Hair and Accessories are located at the Samurai Island HUB, (Careful Tokyo Sim Crossing)

PAY RENT ON TIME!!!There really is no excuse. You will receive warnings via IM's:

*3 day notice before rent is due.

*1 day notice before rent is due.

*The Day your rent is due there is a notice: 3 day Grace period overdue.

*On the 4th day I will return your items and remove you from group and exclude you from re-renting a shop again without a re-entry fee.

*Please remember if you pay 3 days late and only a week, your rent is due again in 4 more days. YES you pay your late fees, no skipping out or working around getting free days so PAY on time to avoid issues. I'm not your babysitter I will IM you personally once as a reminder.

Part D: FULL RULES EXPLAINED

1. You MUST Set your items to House of Blade group (Auto Return is on) this is an invitation only group,

2. Please stay in the PRIM LIMITS to avoid termination of Rent. Prims over the limits are special arrangements prior to paying rent. We do Prim count weekly! There is 80 Shops with about 100 merchants. We can not spare more then you are assigned without Approval from KatanaBlade Anubis.

3. NO PARTICLES- this includes online notifiers with particles temporary Demo's are acceptable for those who sell particles. Any exception MUST be approved.

4. NO LISTENERS - such as (but not limited to) vendors that take voice commands, or online indicators. visitor counters.If you sell online indicators or neat toys that listen, put it in a BOX.If you need a non Active Vendor it is free for Merchants and sends you Emails of your sales per request, all dialog based available at the Sim Map. We are cutting back on which vendors are allowed.

5. NO TIMERS -things that keep time, including picture viewers, email, and remote updates. (remote Updates must be approved, Laukosargas sells HOB approved Remotes and you can receive a HOB members discount IM her for details)A big rules Ignored!!! if you MUST have a timer or a remote updates then we MUST approve it. or return it!

6. NO SPINNING OR ROTATING OBJECTS - temporary Demo's or removed rotating scripts are acceptable. Many still rotate after you remove the linden based script.

7. NO AUTO PLAY OR RUNNING SOUNDS - temporary Demo's are acceptable for those who sell sounds. Don't have a demo, we will track you down an experienced scripter.

8.Abolutely NO LIGHTS - light objects are No longer Allowed. Full Bright is Permitted .Local Lights LAG LAG LAG and WILL result in object returns and possible termination of rent. With the New lighting controls the only exceptions for lights is 2-3 meters on an object you are selling like a lamp or fireplace and must be pre-approved. Your object will be returned if it is more then that no questions asked. If you reset the object back down your rent will be terminated. Lighting is reserved for The Samurai Estates environment only. Your shop signs are already set to 10 meters for full shop lit effect.

9. Absolutely NO 3D Vendor machines, they ghost and lag. NO EXCEPTIONS

10. Absolutely No Casino Machines in your Merchants Stalls! Contact Katana if you want to set up a game in our casino area.

11. This is a Mature Area, all adult content is allowed. (No child Pornography! You will be banned and reported.)

12. Please be sure ALL textures you use are 512x512 or less in order to reduce load times for visitors (Alt+Shift+T is How we check your textures while in edit mode ). We are very strict on this rule.

13. Vendors that we do not accept: (Subject to change and be added)

JEVN Servers (old or new)

old free Hiros (lots of listeners)

old MVG's

I have heard it all and I am always asked why I don't allow them. I don't need to explain myself any longer and I DON'T care that half of SL uses any of those etc etc. Answer will always be NO. My simple explanation is I don't endorse products I do not trust or run high on listeners.

This is a Private Sim, we will do the best we can to keep lag off it which is hard to do with so many merchants, so please follow the rules. We work hard for you to keep a nice sim with high sales in your favor. It is a Fact people do not like to shop in laggy Malls, don't lag us down. We will notify you if any of these rules are broken, you will have 48 hours to fix it or your object will be returned unless you contact Katana then you may have more time if needed.

If your sales are not up to par let us know. We will try to help, but remember the better your stall looks the more chances someone will walk up to it.. We can't make people buy from you, it is up to you to look professional we can help though. Need help with textures or a consultant ask

We have trained and paid sales staff to help shoppers, please feel free to tip them for their services, they do work hard for you.

We do have random Events and you will be informed about it through Proposal Features (only way I can let everyone know all at once) No need to vote.Also of new and exciting things are going to happen this summer on Samurai Island so hang in there with us, we are working hard for you.

Any Exceptions to these rules must be approved by KatanaBlade Anubis.

We are not a JUNK YARD mall, don't use us to resell your yard sale crap.

Refer a new merchant to H.O.B. and you will receive 1 month of free rent credit. They Must IM Katana and Tell us who referred them to receive your rent credit. They must also initially rent 1 for month in advance.
